Neither of those apply to me, sorry. However, I would suggest returning the intake to stock before getting it smogged, then afterwards you can go back to aftermarket.
Smog check with stillen CAI?
for those who have a stillen CAI and reside in California, was wondering how do you guys/girls get a smog check with the intake still on since its not CARB approved? my local smog stations wont smog the versa without the CARB approved sticker. thanks

Muzzle is has a good suggestion, or you can sell the one you do have, and get the carb approved AEM intake that's also Nismo approved.
