Stereos and Speakers

When my girlfriend and I bought our 07 S Sedan, we didn't realize that the driver's side front speaker was blown. No big deal, we were able to score a stock speaker for free. The car came with the basic stereo, no auxiliary input or any fancy things like that, but we'd like the one with the auxiliary input, however I'm not sure what brand the speakers are because some of the listings on ebay say the stereo is for a BOSE system or a non-BOSE system, etc

I replaced my stock radio, (which has an aux connection), with one from a Cube, (ipod, rear camera, etc.), On my reserach to try and get the ipod interface hook-up, I found that the Versa and some other Nissans came with either a Clarion, Rockford or Panasonic radio.
