Anyone installed a throttle body spacer on a 2nd gen yet, just wondering what the pros and cons are, and if there is actually a horse power increase from it.

No... none to mention. All it does is increase plenum volume by a couple cubes, and introduce some turbulence that doesn't do anything. There's a reason these things started with TBI, TBI (like carburetion) suffers from poor atomization and homogenous fuel mixture. The more homogenous the fuel/air mix, the more powerful and more efficient the conflagration is. These spacers introduced a vortex/turbulence after the butterfly, which mixed up the air with added fuel very well. So, in fuel injected cars this is pointless. You'd be better off putting what you would have spent on a spacer, towards a professional port and polish.

07Versa6MT hit it right on the head. You're definitely wasting your money. That money could be much better spent and with much more noticeable gains in so many other places.
