I traded in my Camaro ZL1 recently and bought a more reasonable car as I go through the process of buying my first house. I Needed to get my debt/income ratio down. This car should last forever as my daily driver and I was rather impressed with this car for its price. Not to mention the gas mileage is much better... I'll be modifying this Versa with a few "tasteful" mods to make it a little more intersting and a little less stock.
First up is a complete stereo system overhaul as the stock stereo on the base model Versas is lacking a bit.
I'll be doing guides and reviews for the stuff I buy to help out anyone who has a newer Versa so they can make informed decisions. It's a lot harder to find things I'm looking for compared to my old car. Not that that is a bad thing... Just means I'll be trying out different things to see what works.
I wanted the manual. Well... I wanted a base model with no options but nowhere had one once I was ready to buy. :/
I ended up getting the CVT auto. No worries though because I have to sit in Houston traffic every day... Bleh... Haha. Might have ended up hating the manual after a few months of that.
