Like I said without the report it didn't happen.
You should have called the police to the scene. If she left then it's hit and run and you already had her info. If she stayed you would have had the police report stating what happened.
In the end I'm glad no one got hurt. Getting into a physical altercation whether it be a man or woman over a fender bender would seem extreme to me. But dam that woman was close to making it justifiable.
So you going through insurance to get it fixed? What's your deductible?
