It's still the versa they just call it the Versa Note due to the fact that in Japan its only called the Note this because the car has a 1.3 liter super charged engine, and here in the US it is getting the revised HR16 that's in the new Tiida. If the US had used the Japanese platform there would be no need to put Versa in the name due to the entirely new platform.
