I don't think it does. I drive from Little Rock Arkansas to Galveston Tx a couple of times a month and I've rode with it on and off and have seen no noticeable changes in MPG
traction control vs gas mileage
Hi all
Just wondering if there is a gas mileage fluctuation when traction control is on vs when it is off. I am not sure if using it all the time will hurt or help the mpg. My suv has t.c. and there is a lot of controversy about using sport mode to get better gas mileage. Our versa does not have a sport mode but I am wondering if the t.c. has anything to with better or worse mileage. Anyone ever tested this theory?

I keep traction control off all the time because I race often. I dont care for gas mileage, because race car.
