I have a 2010 non CVT automatic transmission. I was replacing the transmission oil and the filter. Well.... apparently of the 12 bolts that holds the filter on, one of them is also use to hold the valve body' three pieces together. So, I must have a loose nut on top of the valve body. To refasten it, I must pull the valve body. Has anyone done this and have words of wisdom for me? It looks like there is three spring loaded parts that are sandwiched between the valve body and the main transmission housing. At least that's what it looks like in the FSM. Again, any words of wisdom or experience in doing this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jim

Well it wasn't too bad. Mainly one spring to get aligned and put back and a couple of O-rings fell out, but they were in good condition and fit right back up into the tranny so it wasn't an issue. Whew!
