Pretty much like the title says. The rear wheels have worn to 3/8 tread on the outside of each rear tire, while maintaining a 5/8 on the inside of the wheel. So basically if you looked at the car from the rear it would look like this.

Has anyone else experienced this? Local NTB claims they can't get it to spec on the alignment due to the lowering unless I did something drastic to alter the current setup, like shims.
Anyone have ideas how to defeat this easily?
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
