Hi there,

I bought the 6-CD changer with aux factory radio taken from a Versa '07-'11 to replace the Versa S factory radio.

I realized the SL radio I want to replace the original S radio with has 4 openings in the back. On the far left is the antennae and on the far right is the main connector (no issue there). But in the middle of the SL radio are two separate connectors that should plug in next to each other. The S radio does not have these two ports but one in the middle instead (about same size as a port on the SL).

What can/should I do? What does this mean if it has an extra port (what's it's function)?

Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure what the 4th port in the SL radio is for but even if you connect the SL radio in your Versa S, the BCM may have an issue since the SL radio has the 6-CD changer. Car may not start. I'm not an expert on this subject so hopefully someone else can provide more info. Have you looked at the service manual?

The radio will work fine, hopefully the CD changer is good.
Before I put the Sentra radio in, I originally got a 6 disk changer out of a SV, but the changer was bad on it.

Those middle connections are for Bluetooth and Ipod options(and maybe steering wheel controls), and not affect AM/FM/CD functionality at all.
You won't have any other issues with it.
