I recently started making and selling boxed lower control arms for the Versa. After I saw how weak they where I had to do something about it. I weld 1/16" steel plate to the bottom of the control arm and weld the center dimple to the plate as well. This almost completely eliminates any flex in the steel itself which helps with maintaining a proper alignment under hard cornering and can help prevent warping of the arm itself under had impact. Available bare or painted.

1/16" steel does nothing for these control arms that would be noticed by the driver, do you have any raw test data that proves otherwise?

Almost more than double the price of OEM for all the same components, but a welded-on 16th inch steel plate for rigidity. Just stick with OEM, or upgrade the ball joints and bushings and use a tubular LCA. This is literally useless.
