I just removed a 13' Versa stock unit and I'm also interested in finding the Ipod harness.

(D) is for the bluetooth microphone.

My stock unit is a bit different than yours, (B) or (C) is not present (I'll check and take a picture tonight).

My project is a bit different. My plan is to hook up the stock unit to a different vehicle. I ordered harnesses Metra 71-75552 and Scosche NAA2RB and I just need the Ipod interfase.

I think one person mentioned the iPod adapter. I think it's an accessory you can buy from Nissan.

That's not it. That's what you use to hook up the Ipod to the harness the OP is looking for.

As promised here are my unit's pictures. Mine doesn't have (C)

Summarizing:

(A) Antenna
(B) Ipod
(C) 1st gen Versa connector. CD changer (?)
(D) Bluetooth microphone
(E) Main harness

Still need to figure out how to connect (B) to the Nissan cable.

I asked GROM Audio if their interface would work with my radio. They said yes. If it works with mine then it should work with OP's radio.

For further reference, the third cable (from left to right) is for the Ipod. The other end is at the center console and that's where you hookup the Nissan Ipod cable.
