I meet one of the guys from UpRev at a car meet a couple weeks ago and have been keeping in contact with them. Here is the latest email:

The first thing we will need to do is get the car on the dyno so we can get some AFR readings and see if we have a good AFR conversion for the sensor that the Versa is using.
If we do, then I can do some quick street tuning to get the factory tune dialed in better. If we need to come up with a new AFR conversion, then it will be a little more intense. We'll need to get a WB sensor installed so that we can log the AFRs on the street and compare them to the factory sensor readings. We have not had to install a WB on a Versa before, so I don't know what all is going to be involved, but we should be able to cover the majority of the costs since it will help with our development.

If you have a free afternoon sometime next week, that would probably work for us, just let me know what day works for you and I'll get it on the calendar. There are two other guys trying to get in for tunes, but neither have confirmed, so Mon-Fir are all still open.
So once I get my car back today i'll be dropping by next week at UpRev!

So I spent quite a long a time (5.5 hours)at UpRev today....

They dyno'd my car and hit 115 hp after the tune it went up 119.8 hp.

So almost 5hp with just a simple tune. Everyone there was really cool and you can tell they really know their Sh***

I ended up getting the Osiris Standard w/ Valet Mode, 87 octane dyno tune and low octane tune.

very happy with results definitely worth the time and $$$

So where are these dyno tuning places located? Do they upgrade your ECU and reflash everything? How exactly does this all work out?
I think if you go to http://www.uprev.com to find your local tuner. They will reflash your ECU and program the tune program. If you have the smart key bring both of them. Bc they will have to re-sync both the keys after the reflash the ECU. And once you get the tune, they will teach you how to switch modes. On mine they used my Cruise control setting to switch my between my Tune programs
