I just recently purchased a 2015 a Versa sedan SV with 1.6 cvt. The car only has about 280 miles on it right now. When I topped it off last week, it was just under a half of tank. My calculations at the pump where 36 MPG. That is a combination of City and Highway driving mostly highway though, with the A/C going most of the time, and I have a few hills to deal with.

I'm at half a tank right now, on my way into work I will top it off and do some more calculations before I submit to the poll.

Not sure if age of car or my driving or the weather but I keep getting 35mpg. I am usually around 37-38 :(. She does need some new tires and a tuneup. Poor girl is getting old and tired.

When I topped off today I was one bar above half. The car took 4.595 gallons and my total milage was 133.6. Roughly before that fill up I was averaging 29 mpg. Still better then my 01 galant. I'm going try to baby her and on this tank.

Just bought a 2014 Versa Note S with the 5 Speed and so far it's saying I'm getting about 35-36 mpg. I'll do the final math tomorrow before I fill up and see how close it is.

I have a 2015 Versa SV with CVT and for the first tank and a half I was averaging 40.6mpg. Now I can't get more than 38.5mpg. I've only had it a few weeks but I always drive like a granny. I want that extra 2mpg back lol. Been like that since CVT been shifting funny.

1.6 manual trans here. Been through two tanks so far, suburban driving in North Dallas. The built in mileage calculator says 36 mpg, actual pen and paper says 29 mpg. Not sure why there's such a large discrepancy, but I'm not dissatisfied with 29 mpg. Haven't done any long highway trips yet, I'll post back when I get more data!

Finished off the dealership's gas on my 2015 Nissan Versa S 1.6L HR16DE with 5 speed manual on 9/10/15. 36.6mpg! Car was at 300 miles on the odo. Filled up with Exxon Mobil Top Tier unleaded gas and I plan to keep using this gas. Currently averaging 40mpg!

Not sure how you fill up. Has to be consistent. As an example, I would fill the tank up to the brim. Lots of squeezes but it's the only way to be consistent. Topping it off causes additional pressure by not allowing adequate room for gas expansion and is not good according to what i've heard. Actually hurts your mpg when you do it. A discrepancy of 2 mpg shouldn't be an issue. MPG will always vary and it's always a safe practice to go with a lower number. Wouldn't you agree? If you are really focused on MPG, try hypermiling techniques.

The best I ever got on my !.6 was 42.5 mpg, this was what the read out was on the dash. I forgot to write down my starting and ending miles, this was a family trip to upstate NY with all hwy driving and maintained at least 70 mph almost the entire way.

For what it's worth, I used 98.9 gallons of the cheapest gas to drive 4302 miles. Works out to 43.5 mpg. My on-dash estimator reads 47.6; wouldn't put a lot of faith in that.

1.8 6spd I average 35-37 every tank and I drive 1000 miles give or take a week. The K&N filter seemed to give me a mpg or so. I don't notice a difference really with the ac on or off. I get about 33 34 if it's in town only. I guess I'm lucky. I averaged 28 out of my 07 impala and others claimed they only got like 20 so idk lol

Pen and paper has me at 36.466. That max is a fluke in the app. Definitely not coming from any of my data. Also not effecting the data at all as well. As you can see I have had 9 fill ups and owned the car for just over a month. I had one nice long trip through the mountains up north and pen and paper said about 38.5 on that trip. I do a pretty even amount city and highway driving.
