Welcome aboard. I googled the code and it looks terminal. Any more history on this car?

"It refers to a "Class 2 communications failure." Generally, this code will precede an additional code that identifies the module or area of the failure. The second code may be generic or vehicle specific."

Cobb,
Thanks for the reply.

So the best way is to use OBD scanner and take it from there (see the codes).

Can I do anything in the interim to at least get started.

I would suggest that you check the connections to the starter first and make sure you are getting juice to the starter. If they prove to be o.k., you might want to give the starter a good whack with a piece of wood like a 2x4. Sometimes the starter gear will jam up, and by giving it a sharp whack it will temporarily free it up. Good luck
