Versa 2008 Noise underneath (middle part)

I have a Nissan Versa 2008. It's around 83,000 miles. I had it oil changed yesterday. A few hours ago I noticed there's a noise underneath the car around the middle part. Noise is present whenever:

1.) A/C is on and under 1000 rpm.
2.) Rpm is at 2500 - 3000 whether the A/C is on or off.

Here's the video:

Any suggestions, recommendations, or diagnosis will be appreciated.

check exhaust if its hitting body or exhaust leak
^I think so too.
With the car running, AC on, and car IN PARK, reach under the car and move the exhaust pipe (not with a bare hand) and try to reproduce the noise.
Hope it helps, welcome

As other posters have mentioned, I would check all exhaust system hangers and couplings. The other possibility might be the internal parts of the muffler or catalyst converter. Both have internal baffles that are welded in place, and if one of them has broken loose, it might cause the noise you describe. Good luck!!
