lol sad but its true lol... its their way of life... they like the smell of garbage because it makes them feel better smelling better than their car hahahahaha...

Stop parking next to my car with your shiney clean V . Just kidding but I'm sure you would have said the same had you parked next to me for real. The outside of my car is a disgrace. But the inside still has the new car smell and looks new too!

No this Versa was horrible. It wasn't just that it needed a wash, it needed some HELP! My car gets dirty too, but I would never treat it that badly.

I miss the new car smell.

I still have the new car smell. I also have a JDM Air Spencer that makes it smell similar to bubble gum. Great stuff.

I just vacuumed my car yesterday afternoon. I tend to vacuum it twice a month, I dislike getting stuff on the interior and carpet. Gonna keep it looking like new the entire time.

lol this reminds me of my buddy david. lol he has a 2008 versa S and I will never ride in his car. 2 months after he bought it, there where food stains and trash all over the car. it almost mad me sad to be driving a versa.

LOL, Yeah I guess some people just do not care about their vehicles. Makes me wonder if they get handed everything in life, and don't have to work hard for it :S

Mile High Versa: I am the same. I vacuum my car all the time. Although I am usually the only occupant in the car, so I tend not to dirty it. I hate driving a dirty car.

How come I don't have the new car smell still? It didn't last very long in my Versa.

im using the gel one... they have the spray now but i havent tried that one yet... but yeah it will make your car smells like brand new and will make your plactic/leather look new too

i use the gel also its like armor all but not greasy

Alright, I'll have to try that stuff. I usually just buy regular air vent fresheners but they are never the same as the new car smell.

another good thing ive learned is if yer having a moisture problem in your car and yer getting a funky smell cuz of that take a damp rid and put it in the car and empty it out before you drive of course itll get the moisture out ya gota remember bad smells come from bacteria... and food and things like that just wipe it down,vac it out check out yer floorboards to make sure their not wet and you should be good to go but thats just my 2 cents and i was just picking on ya about the girlyfied the car thing . :smilewinkgrin:

I have seen people put dryer sheets on thier in cabin filter. I also think there is a charcoal sheet or filter I seen someon put on there are well.

You guys have it all wrong! Get the JDM Air Spencer and that will solve all your problems!

dryer sheets are bad for you and the air filter might not trap all its chemicals... air freshener will just cover the bad smell and in the long run it will just stink... its good to have air freshner as long as you keep your car clean and it doesnt smell bad to begin with... take out your floormats and vacuum it on the floor using your regular vacuum you can also use a carpet treatment then vacuum your whole car including the trunk and spare tire compartment... then locate the vent screen below your windshield passenger side its right on the cowl "hood must be up"... just pop it off and clean it... my versa is 2 years old and still smells like brand new and dont leave your facial wipes and baby wipes in the car

I did everything in my power to GET RID of the new car smell. i hate it.

my car has a little over 1k miles on it and for the most part the "new car smell" is completely gone haha. i cant stand it.

my car still smells clean though. i use febreeze and regular vacuuming. I also dont let people eat or smoke in my car. in my 99 sentra we did anything and everything we wanted in that car. nothing but sex, drugs, and rock & roll in that lil car haahah.

somebody once told me that the way someone keeps and maintains their car is how they keep and maintain their life..
