Weather stripping

I had a piece of weather stripping come loose in the back doors and applied a clear glue to it. I noticed the other side of my 2010 Versa HB also has the weather stripping coming loose. I guess I'll glue it back too. Have others experienced the same thing? I know the car is about 4 years old, but seems early for weather stripping glue.
