Whistling sound at 3-rpm

whistle could be window, sunroof, door or air rushing past the side mirrors or even a loose splash guard. If it's more of a whine then check your transmission fluid. See if it's still pink and doesn't smell burnt.
This issue could be a million things. Need to pinpoint a general area. See if it happens in gear vs just rolling.

sorry for a lack of info,im not sure if its a whine sound but i gonna probably check my transmission fluid.. everytime i hit the pedal thats when i hear the whitsling noise. i dont know if that would help. thanks for the quick response btw.

Power Steering Fluid......if it sounds like an R/C car when acceleration might be that.

The V's have electric assist steering, so I don't think we have a Power Steering Pump and reservoir for fluid. May be something else is his problem?

i just called my dad from the Philippines because he owns a garage there and told me there's a lot issues that causes the whistling sound,he told me to check firts the fan belt,do yeah i probably gonna check that later. maybe its to tight or to loose.
