Who says the 1.6 sedan can't haul stuff

Well I needed stairs and mulch so of course I grab my 1.6 sedan where the seats don't fold down to go pick it up. The trunk on this thing is pretty big.

That is 6 large bags of mulch, 2 four step stringers, and 3 36" wide steps. There is also a bag of brackets and nails in there. And you can see my awesome trunk light in the pic.

All the stuff and two people in the backseat. Who needs lowering springs :)

thats a pretty good stuff! i just loaded up my hatch last night with 4 17 inch rims w/tires and an another 4 tires to be mounted on the rims... my versa has way more room than my friends 240...
yeah the hatch is better for this stuff. But I am totally happy with the room I got. All that and still three people in the car is pretty impressive. How they put these cars in the same category as a fit or yaris is beyond me. I love my V and all her roominess!
ive stuffed 9 people in my versa including myself:cornut:
Stupid question alert! Whats the red stuff on the wheel?
I'm pretty sure that is mud from my driveway. It looks red because of the cheap cell phone pic.

It doesn't really look that red on my screen though?
Looks like Red Clay to me almost. Iuno, maybe i need to mess with my monitor settings. Thought it did it auto.
Yes then that would be from my driveway. I have a clay like soil in my yard.
i had a full set of rims and tires, with a 45lb hydro jack with stands and sitting with the tanabe springs was pretty interesting haha looked like i had some coilovers on. i love how much the v can fit
Stuffed with wheels this time :)

Your trunk is HUGE!
I find my hatch to be really tiny :(

I should have taken a pic when we travelled to Myrtle Beach in my V two summers ago. We had 3 adults, 3 suitcases, and all of our beach stuff. On the way home we bought 3 cases of beer. The car was so packed that we had to put the cases of beer under the passengers feet!
I found if just hauling cargo the hatch can not be beat. Once you lay those seats down you have alot of room. But for hauling passengers and cargo the sedan seems to be better. I had a ton of room behind the wheels up to the back of the back seat. Since no passenger space was used I could have still sat 5 people in the car.

Ya that's what I find. If it's just me in the car or me with one other person it can fit a lot of stuff. But when you need the rear seat room, the hatch is very tiny.

My brother's trunk on his Sentra is huge ... But again, his interior space is not as big as my Versa.
I'm finally finishing my downstairs and needed to redo a section of the drop ceiling. I needed 20+ feet of rails for the ceiling. Naturally I grabbed the largest they had available which was 12 footers. Was the Versa up for the task?

Handled it like a champ. Might have been easier if the rear seat folded down but it would have to be a 60/40 split since I had my daughter in the car. But still worked out perfectly :).
