Why is new car paint so thin?
I know part of it has to do with the EPA. But why can't paint be thicker then a sheet of paper? Has it allways been thin?

Doesn't a one color maaco paint job cost like $250? Im sure they can put on a nice thick coat..

yup...i've heard maaco doesn't wash/clean/dust your car at all...they spray over all the dirt, etc that's on your car....bet that looks great....I have heard Maaco and Jiffy Lube are too be avoided like the plague.
