Hi Guyz,

My Tiida 2012 Sedan Driver side window stopped midway. Just for temporary fix I just gave a slight bang near the Motor & I managed to Roll the window completely up by the switch. So it’s clearly indicates that the Motor Brushes are worn out (I believe) but the motor is in working condition.

Did anyone managed to replace the motor Brushes & ended up successfully back to fully working condition?

If so could you please share your experiences.

I thought to try this way rather than buying new motor assembly which is bit costly.

It is easier to just replace the motor.If you have access to a auto recycler, that is your best option.
BTW, Nissan uses that motor in more than just the Tiida/Versa.

Yeah it's easier than repairing indeed but Let's see as I'm bit curious in repairing items where it's in good shape I'm gonna give a try.
